Man charged after dog appears to be abused on busy commute

A 41-year-old man has been charged after being filmed allegedly kicking, dragging and even appearing to swing a dog around in Queensland. The man from Broadbeach Waters was charged with animal cruelty after an alleged incident at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast on 30 April. It will be alleged around 9.15am the man was seen mistreating a dog while walking on Hooker Boulevard.
