Buyers with an appetite for a new luxury high-rise on the Gold Coast’s Millionaire’s Row have spent $100 million on apartments in seven days.
Property giant Sunland, behind Palazzo Versace and the landmark Q1 tower, officially launched their $210 million 44-storey tower on Hedges Ave in Mermaid Beach at an unveiling on Thursday night.
The tower, which includes 96 luxury apartments priced from $1.835 million, is across the road from beachfront Pratten Park and is the developer’s first Gold Coast high-rise in more than a decade.
